Please find below some general questions regarding the FromMe2You gift card.

  • Is there a minimum/maximum amount I can buy a FromMe2You gift card for?
  • Yes the min. is €15 and max. €500.  

  • What happens if my card gets lost/stolen?
  • If your card has been lost or stolen or you believe its security has become compromised you should advise us as soon as possible by phoning us at 1850 911 888 or emailing us at retail@me2you.ie and advising us of the card number and confirming the notice in writing at the address below. If you cannot provide the card number we will not be able to cancel the card or issue a replacement card in accordance with clause 7.2. of the Terms & Conditions.

  • What stores welcome FromMe2You gift cards?
  • FromMe2You is welcomed by Ireland’s favourite stores. Click here for a full list of the stores welcoming FromMe2You.

  • Is there a fee to purchase the cards?
  • A fee of €2.00 applies to card purchases made online and in Topaz stations.

  • How many cards can I purchase in a single transaction?
  • A maximum of 5 cards of €500 each maybe purchased in a single transaction online. For larger orders or if you have any questions, please contact Sales@me2you.ie or call 1850 911 888. Our sales team will be happy to help you place your order.

  • Do I have to spend the whole amount in one go? 
  • No, you can make multiple purchases for any amount up to the available card balance. You may also use your card in part payment for a transaction of a higher value than the card balance available by settling the outstanding amount by another payment method acceptable to the merchant. 

  • How do I check my FromMe2You gift card balance?
  • You can check your balance by visiting www.me2you.ie and clicking “Check my Balance”.   

  • Why do I need to know my Balance?
  • Please check your balance or take a record of it after each purchase. Retailers are unable to access this information at the point os sale. 

  • Can I use my FromMe2You gift card online?
  • Yes, you can use your FromMe2You gift card online with retailers that accept FromMe2You on their website.
    To use your card select:

    • MasterCard
    • Enter the 16 digit card number on the front of the card
    • Use your own name as the name on the card.
    • Use the Valid Thru date in the Expiry Date field
    • If prompted, enter The CV2 number below the barcode on the back of the card​ or underneath the scratch panel.
