FIRE’s dining room was originally built in 1864 as the Lord Mayor’s ‘Supper Room and features incredible vaulted ceilings, stained glass windows and a beautiful terrace overlooking the Lord Mayor’s Garden. Today it is the most historical and impressive dining room in Dublin.

Your personal server can explain the origin of all of their dishes, pairing them with wine recommendations should you wish from their extensive new and old world wine selection. With an array of dishes to make your mouth water, they are sure you will find something to please your palette. The signature dishes are Wood Fired Jumbo Tiger Prawns and their award-winning Irish Hereford Prime Irish Steaks come highly recommended.
