Nourish is our Irish family business of health food stores, with 19 stores across Dublin, Cork, Galway, Kerry, Kildare and Limerick. We love good food and care about what we eat and where it comes from.
We know our products and have more than 35 years experience choosing, selling, eating and learning about wholefoods.
With backgrounds in nutrition, naturopathy and herbal medicine, our team also has extensive knowledge about vitamins, minerals, herbal remedies and supplements.
At Nourish we set our standards high. That’s one of the reasons we choose organic products and ingredients where possible.
